Your estimated order setup time is 48 hours. If we cannot meet this estimate, we will contact you. Hardware addons will extend the setup time.
You can choose to install an operating system yourself using IPMI (remote KVM console and ISO) for a shorter setup time. We offer a first complimentary installation. Subsequent installations are $5.
If you choose to pay with crypto or a bank transfer, you must open a ticket requesting payment instructions. We do not accept USDT due to regulatory actions.
Your cancellation request must be submitted via this client area before your service renews (i.e. on or before your invoice due date). If you submit your cancellation request after this date or choose not to notify us of your intent not to renew your service, your account will be indefinitely suspended until payment is settled in full.
